Kajol Gill

Kajol is a Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings. She has previously worked at St Mary’s Hospital and currently works at Spire Manchester, where she treats both musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions.

She has a particular interest in women’s health and supports women through all stages of life, including antenatal and postnatal care, recovery following gynaecological surgery, urological conditions such as urinary incontinence and prolapse, pelvic pain, vaginismus and menopause-related concerns. Her approach is individualised and evidence-based, with the aim of helping women feel informed, confident and comfortable in their bodies.

Alongside her physiotherapy experience, Kajol has a strong background in Pilates. She is APPI Level 2 Mat Pilates qualified, as well as Level 3 Reformer trained, with additional training in Pilates Towers and Cadillac. She enjoys incorporating Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation into treatment plans where appropriate, helping patients build strength, mobility and confidence in their movement.

Kajol is also a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) Board, reflecting her commitment to the continued development of pelvic health physiotherapy and improving care for women.
