1 to 1 Pilates sessions

Pilates is an exercise method used to improve core muscle control, flexibility & posture. Pilates can be used in conjunction with physiotherapy treatment to help with recovery from many musculo-skeletal injuries or problems, i.e back pain. Pilates can also be used to improve sporting or athletic performance.

Our Pilates instructor will discuss your overall aims, and create comprehensive exercise programme to suit your individual needs. The overall benefits of pilates include:
